The shortest man Khagendra, a 18 year old guy but yet difficult to believe his age because of the size he got. He is trying to register himself as the shortest man in the whole world. We wish him all the best.But at the same time i feel personally sorry to him. It might be the lack of proper nutrition that might have hinder his growth.
