Judges need to know, "Do the contesting sigers feel free while singing by sitting in such a weird position?" Let the singers stretch their whole body, hands, legs, movement of their heads, gestures....the way they do instictively; let the music flow in them in a free position so that every bit of 'beat' vibrates in their nerve. I do know judges are prepared to answer, or defend, to this question. Honestly, I feel choreographical imagination and stage management part is poor. It is like making fun of the program.
Regarding singing part, I am impresssed (perhaps there is none who is not impressed)with the budding singers' effort and the quality of the voice (over all though not all). I anticipate changes in next program, and I think so does everyone. Cheers. Hira Thapa
