Hello voice team! After watching most of your episode,what i have concluded is an event manager has made a huge mistake of selecting the judges except S'Raju,who is well eligible to give an exact comment in musical languge!although some of the contestant does'nt understand but his effort is evaluated by the viewers in aboard through internet.most of the time Mr Ram krishna is dominating and trying to twist the subject and put himself as an idiot,who totally do'nt have any idea of keeping best human realation skills and respecting other's view ,in some extend he can sing well but can'nt be a judge in this way,he really need to dig on his mind to decorate musically to do his job other wise the choice of him!here are some that i have noticed in some of the episode:ram krishna has a lack of dicipiline cause while contestant is singing,he is laughing,making fun and can'nt show the other's best interest to act as an judge and he do'nt have sense of other's feelings or else he would not have walkedoff while one of the contestant insisted to sing more instead he could have done to convinced him why could not be?,for example most of the time you were unable to give an attention to figured it out or discovered the performer's performance,some time contestant felt really unconfortablt because of your ignorance to them!if you are talking about the little cham then be a judge like little cham also,do'nt underestimate any of one the contestant wheather they sang well or not?they just need your motivation and moral support!i hope you watched the Britain got talent of Susan Boyal how she was motivated by the judge!so my advised for you is learn some thing else how to do the right judgement!Explain to participant that why he/she did'nt sang well?what would have done to perform well?what musical notation ought to have used to uplift their performance?instead you guys Ram krishnan and Devika are commenting irrelevetly!so please,put more effort to do your job right way ,remember always every good singer can'nt be judge!it takes a lot of effort,knowledge and patience!so in next episode hope you guys will improve those wickness!provide an appropriate feed back,do'nt get norvous specially Devika.prove it and show your potentiality infront of millions of viewers in abroad!HAVE A GOOD LUCK AND SUCCESS FOR VOI!RAMESH BHUSAL .CANADA.
